    The short version: ScrubStudio processes all data entirely in your browser. We have no servers, no database, and no ability to see, collect, or store anything you paste into this tool. Your data never leaves your device.
  

1. What data we collect

ScrubStudio does not collect any personal data. We have no user accounts, no login system, and no mechanism to transmit or receive any content you enter into the tool.

The data you paste into ScrubStudio is processed exclusively by JavaScript running in your own browser. It is never sent to any server.

2. How the tool works

ScrubStudio is a client-side web application — a single HTML file containing all of its logic. When you paste data into the tool and click "Redact", the redaction happens entirely on your device using your browser's JavaScript engine. No network requests are made as part of this process.

3. Cookies

ScrubStudio does not use cookies for any functional or tracking purpose. We do not store any preferences or session data.

4. Advertising

ScrubStudio displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. These cookies are set by Google, not by ScrubStudio.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings, or by visiting aboutads.info.

5. Analytics

ScrubStudio does not currently use any analytics service. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and any analytics used will be privacy-respecting.

7. Children's privacy

ScrubStudio is a developer tool not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of ScrubStudio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
